Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancelling
Your membership renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel from the "manage subscription" link in any receipt email from our payment partner, message us on Telegram (@samayuvi), or email sanzhardev@gmail.com from the address you purchased with and we cancel it for you within 1 business day. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again.
14-day refund on the first payment
If the membership is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Founding-member seats freed this way are returned to the pool.
Renewal payments
Renewals (second month and later) are not refundable, because you have had access to the community, the vault and the live sessions for that period. If a renewal was charged by mistake — for example right after you tried to cancel — write to us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Problems on our side
If we fail to deliver a paid period (e.g. the community is unavailable for more than 7 days in a month for reasons within our control), we refund or credit that period on request.
How to request
Email sanzhardev@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout and the order id from your receipt. We answer within 2 business days.
