Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-17 · applies to aididit.cc and the Supreme AI Lab membership

1. Who we are

Supreme AI Lab ("we", "us") is an online membership operated by an individual (sole proprietor) based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. You can reach us at sanzhardev@gmail.com. By purchasing a membership or using aididit.cc you agree to these Terms.

2. What you get

The membership is a digital service: access to a private Telegram community, a members-only knowledge vault (Notion) and weekly live Q&A sessions with recordings. Content is published on an ongoing basis; specific topics, tools and schedules may change. Nothing in the membership is financial, legal or tax advice, and we make no promise of income or results — outcomes depend on your own work.

3. Pricing and billing

The standard price is $29 per month. A limited founding-member price of $9 per month is available to the first 20 members who join with a code shown in one of our videos; that price stays locked for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes that apply in your country; taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.

Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly in advance until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record (Dodo Payments), which handles the transaction, tax collection and invoicing on our behalf. We never see or store your card details. Crypto payments (arranged over Telegram) are made directly to us; the same price, access and refund terms apply, and refunds are returned in the same currency to the sending wallet.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. If the membership is not for you, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase. Full details are in our Refund policy.

5. Your account and conduct

Access links are personal. Do not share, resell or publicly repost members-only material, prompts, files or recordings. Be respectful in the community; we may remove members who harass others, spam, or share illegal content, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period unless the breach is serious.

6. Intellectual property

Course material, templates, prompts and recordings are our copyright and are licensed to you for personal and business use inside your own projects. You may not redistribute them as a product of your own.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms (Telegram, Notion, Google Meet). We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the community and on this page, and continued use after the change means you accept it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consumers in other countries keep any mandatory rights of their home jurisdiction. Questions: sanzhardev@gmail.com.
